Founded in the village of Kaul by two men who believed education should belong to everyone — not just to cities. Twenty years later, that belief still runs the place.

The United College of Education was established in 2006 by Sh. O.P. Bhardwaj and Sh. Vishal Dixit — two men who shared a dream of bringing serious teacher education to rural Haryana. The college sits in Kaul village in Kaithal district, well connected to surrounding cities yet anchored to the soil it grew from.
We are run by the United Educational Society, headquartered in Karnal, and are affiliated with Kurukshetra University. The college is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Government of India, and offers two flagship teaching programs — the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed / JBT).
Today, our graduates teach in government schools, private institutions, coaching centres, and education departments across 28 Indian states. They are our quietest, most enduring achievement.
